If for some reason you'd like to make a return or an exchange, you have 10 days to do
so from the day we shipped your items. Please note, we no longer accept returns for SALE
merchandise. All products must be in the original condition, with all tags still attached.
For returns, just pack everything back up in the original packaging, including copy of the
invoice, and mail the whole thing to:

To properly process the return you need to include a copy of the original invoice in the box.
If you don't have it, make sure you include a note with your name, address, email address,
and order number (if available, from the confirmation email), and the reason for your return.
When we receive the package, we'll issue you a credit to your credit card for the item. We
refund shipping charges ONLY in the following cases:
- We ship an incorrect product.
- We ship a broken or defective product.
- The carrier damages a product during shipping.
If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.
If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color, simply indicate what you would like on the
return/exchange slip. Provided that the item is available, we will place the original order as a return and
then place a new order (using the same shipping and credit card information).
